Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy
1. Services (Consultations & Coaching)Cancellations:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any 1-hour session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
Refunds: Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact your representative within 48 hours to discuss a resolution or credit toward future services.
2. Physical Products Returns: Unopened and unused physical products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping costs).Exchanges: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it for the same item at no additional cost to you.
3. Digital Products (PDFs & Downloads)Final Sale: All digital products, including downloadable PDFs, workbooks, and guides, are Final Sale and sold "As-Is." Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds or exchanges will be issued once the download link has been generated.
Standard Digital Warranty:
We guarantee the integrity of our files. If your download is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open due to a technical error on our end, the representative will replace the file at no extra charge. This warranty covers the file functionality only and does not apply to dissatisfaction with the content.
